The Glowing Skin Diet

Get More: Vitamin A

Get More: Vitamin A

Vitamin A helps your body produce more collagen (the protein that holds skin cells together and keeps skin looking smooth) and increases skin cell turnover, giving your skin a more even, youthful appearance while helping to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Think bright orange foods: cantaloupe, papaya, pumpkin, sweet potatoes and carrots are all great sources of vitamin A. Just one cup of cubed papaya or cantaloupe or one medium-sized carrot will give you more than the daily recommended 3,000 IU for men and 2,300 IU for women.
