While it's true some people can eat whatever they want and still have great skin, others aren't so lucky. Some research suggests that a high glycemic diet filled with starchy, refined carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, cereal and sweets can lead to breakouts. Furthermore, years of a starchy diet can diminish the amount of collagen your body produces, leaving your skin dull and saggy.
