Just saw a neat special on how the pro teams are learning to deal with concussions.  Medical world is finding out that the long term effects can be much more serious than they expected.
I would think that initially you would feel more stupid - except usually at that point you can't recognize it.  Being able to recognize it now in a sense is good.  But, man, that must have been a hit!
I really do think that your best bet would be some good professional help.
However, due to the emphasis put on helping pro athletics with concussions, there is a lot of info on the web.  Just google it.  Best wishes!

Ya, its a concussion and they take time to recover from.  Unfortunately, this is an ADHD forum and we really don't deal with that as its out of our area of expertise.  But how long ago did this happen?
