Aderall and heart rate

I'm doing school work and I need to complete by 12 and i'm at 74% so this morning I took200mg of aderall that's my prescriptionsround three I took the quick acting one which was 40 it is prescribed and at 7:00 I took 200 quick acting because I don't think I can complete it by 12 and with my HDHD I can never staton task so I don't trust myself or have confidence when I need to bust my *** off for 4 hours to get 30% done i'm not addicting toot I just need to Davy's and my resting heart rate is about 120 do I need to go to a urgent care near me and would it be okay for me to drive there i'm 16 weight 105 and i'm 5'7 my dictator believe you can start at a high dose or work down and we are working done right now

Well, your post is missing a few points, but understandable due to the dose.   220 is the max heart rate - if you are  or have been substaining a high rate of say 170 for more then an hour or two.  Its worth heading for the docs.  If your rate is slowly going down, you should be ok.   However, I am not a medical professional - this is more common sense.  At least it is quick acting, so should be out of your system sooner then the XR.
    But, to get to another point.   I don't know what kind of a doc you are seeing- but NO doctor I have ever run across would start at a high dose and work down.  The golden rule is go low and go slow.   I hope you just misunderstood your doc.
   Please let me know what happens.
