Is this adderall use or abuse?

I wasn't sure where to ask this question so if it's in the wrong forum I apologize, but I have a question reguarding adderall. I don't have add or adhd, and i understand the problems doctors have had with adderall abuse. Despite this fact, I have used another person's perscribed adderall a few times. What im wondering is if adderall is only used to treat adhd and narcolepsy. I have always had low self confidence, so low that I would barely talk to anyone. I also have no sense of well being naturally, I never feel "good" mentally to just relax and do work without becoming too bored or tired or just un-happy about what im doing. When I take adderall, I get energy and I supose some effects that people would describe as a "high" but It also helps me. Even though it's a stimulant, it does actually help me stay on one task and not become disinterested or tired of it, and I actually feel good for once, I don't feel anxiety when I have to go into a room of people I do not know. And I also feel like my life is ok and not just boring routines.

So is adderall helping me, or am I just abusing it?

It would be better for you to take some supplements if you have a health food store near by check out the many things you can do for yourself and your heath, as you dont have ADHD  it isnt a good idea to take ,Adderal,  dont mess with these drugs some are very powerful  and although some folks and children take them ,supplements have been shown to work well.and in fact Vit B Complex Vit C experts say has the same efficacy as Ritalin, try Fish oil aswell you can google for more information .
