Intense exercise will help for up to 4 hours afterwards. Of course a good nights sleep is very important as is a high protein breakfast.
I know of no natural remedies that actually help - although there are many that will take your money and claim to help. Main reason stimulant medications are used is that they are a proven help when taken correctly.
