Its gonna get better right???? part 2

So summer is alomost over and school is just arouund the corner which really scares me. I was hoping my son would mature a bit and have better control of his adhd and mood swings. It didnt happen. He now has a tic, he's constantly bliking his eyes and is cant  seem to find peace. He seems so lost, his anxiety is getting worse and with that he is also sad. I want to help him, i want to ease every worry  he has.  It doesnt seem the medicine he takes is affecting him anymore. His doctors just keep telling me the same thing " keep with the same meds  and see what happens"  All i want is for him to be happy and able to fuction with out me . is there somthing i am doing wrong ?  Could there be somthing else wrong ? i was researching a form of autism except they are able to fuction ? Any help would be appreciated....Thanks

You could ask the Doctor who prescribes him about the tic, Meds cause that and also Eye Rolling and blinking and ,can also make them more anxious ,what were his symptoms in the first place ,that were outside normal child behavior, you dont say how old he is.Why not get some further advise you want the best for him, ask what would happen if you treid without the Meds, you could also put side effects  of (and put in the Med he is on)this will give you your own perception.Summers do seem long some times but if you get this sorted out there will be better ones, meanwhile keep him busy with lots of activitys.
