Hi!
I am a 38 year old female. I’m 5’10” 170 lbs, 17% body fat. I work out 7 days a week (have for 5-7 years) this consists of 40-45 minute weights and 40-45 min cardio.
In 2016 I had a cervical multi disc replacement. In 2008 I was diagnosed with Hashimotos.
I have terrible PMDD with irritability and rage. Binge eating disorder and anxiety.
Medications:
Armour thyroid : 90mg 5 days a week 120 mg 2 days
Vyvanse: 60 mg 1x a day
Kratom:2-4 pills daily
Milk Thistle
Onset muscle pain 5 years + with intensity since cervical surgery
Symptoms: low morning blood cortisol 6.8
High afternoon cortisol: 151
24 hr urine cortisol high
Chronic muscle pain with palpable adhesions through out, from head to toe.
Chronic tendon inflammation
Muscle tightness
Muscle weakness
Pressure points through out with refered pain
Low blood pressure with dizziness upon standing
Bladder dysfunction:retention from urethral dysfunction (aerodynamic testing, bladder scope confirmation) have to relieve pressure from toilet seat on right buttock by leaning to the side to expel full contents
General irritability and depression
SSRI’s make me extremely angry
Herniations at L3/4 L4/5 L5-S1
Pain is mostly in my lats, rhomboids and hip girdle, hamstrings (even breaking from the gym 7-10 days doesn’t help)
But...every muscle is hard as a rock, from my masters,occipitals to my scalenes, my rhomboids, my paraspinals, glutes, adductors, hip flexors, TFL, pelvic floor muscles, calves.
Some lymph node prominence old and new ones appearing and sticking around for 4+ years (neck and under chin)
Legs, arms, hands, feet numbness and tingling
Raynauds
Trouble losing weight
Insomnia
Night sweats
Theories: vyvanse amphetamine side effects
Caffeine intake: (high am bc I cant wake up in the mornings)
Thyrotoxocis:hyperthyroid (sometimes my TSH levels are too high or too low)

Some type of neuro muscular disease

Secondary adrenal fatigue
Blood sugar normal
High hemoglobin
High hematocrit
Normal RBC
Normal vitamins (D/B/iron)
NO free testosterone
Negative lupus, rheumatoid arthritis labs
Doctor won’t follow up on my cortisol bc my Other hormone levels were normal. She said it was rebound cortisol from a cortisone shot 6 months prior to testing.
