two year ago i was a healthy 23 year old girl weight 115  and after one year ago 143 gained 28 pounds . it all  started with a severe headache  and after the increased urinating/ thirst ,and because of it get dehydration then coldness, weight gain specially in my mid section, my arms and leg are thin also been getting striae thighs and breast.have  loss menstrual cycle get the cramps without the bleeding, acne, muscle weakness also bone been cracking all the time and i barely eat because i dont have appetite. then doctor found i was hypothyroid then i was giving levothroid to put it normal after a year is normal but  still have all the symptom except the coldness. now the doctor did a pm cortisol and it was high now i were send to my endocrinologist he  barely care what going on me he only said that i am young i shouldn't be so sick so he think i making it up. now after diagnosed high cortisol i am afraid it may be more serious and my endocrinologis dont care. most of my symptom is cushing disease what mostly worry me is the dehydation dont stop urinating alot idont known what to do

I agree with rumpled, it could be multiple endocrine issues, I'm just repeating to reinforce- look to the pituitary and  Find a new endo!! Age does not matter!  Good luck, if you stand your ground, someone will listen.

your symptoms sound like they are glycemic (diabetic) in nature,  sounds like someone is missing something.  find a different doctor.

Change your doctor. Some of these HMO guys really don't care. Maybe all the bookkeeping makes them lose their taste for medicine.

Look up Cushing's syndrome. Find the right endo. The urination could be diabetes insipides and that is also a pituitary issue.

There could be multiple issues - get to an endo that looks at the pituitary.

It does not matter about your age - it can happen at any time. That is a silly comment.
