Long story, need help

Hi, my name is Bryan and I'm 19 years old. I'm from New Jersey. I believe I have adrenal fatigue to some degree. When I was about 12 or 13 I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder and Separation Anxiety. It was so severe that I had to be homeschooled half way through 6th grade. I couldn't leave the house because I was so terrified of everything. Was put on a couple different medications that didn't do much except negative side effects. Mood swings, anger, stuff like that, nothing too serious. Don't really remember what the medications were called. Eventually started pushing through my anxiety, they put me on prozac which I'm still taking to this day. Never actually got myself back into school though. Since 6th grade I discovered masturbation, so I have been doing that almost every day. I don't really think I've gone more than maybe 2 or 3 weeks without masturbation. My anxiety improved amazingly since then. I've gone from not being able to leave my mom or my house to flying to Florida by myself to visit my dad. I also developed OCD over the years, undiagnosed but my mom has it, says it runs in the family, and I've read books in it and it seems like that's exactly what it is. The reason I bring up my anxiety issues is because about a year ago I stopped taking my medicine, and basically hit rock bottom. I was kicked off of homeschooling for not doing my work senior year. I was stressing trying to find a job, stressed about being broke, and stressing about getting a car. I started going to GED glasses. About 3 or 4 glasses in, I started to lose ambition, started feeling week, and was always tired. One day I literally stared at the door to my class then just left. I think a few days after that I was out in the woods with one of my friends riding bikes. There were bmx jumps about a half hour away from my house. It was probably about 96 degrees outside, plus humidity. We only had 2 bottles of water which we already drank. He feel and hit his head, so we decided to leave. Leaving he couldn't find his car keys so we were stuck out there. I didn't have money on me, and i don't think he did either. So panic kicked in. Immediately felt like I had heat exhaustion, so I told myself to stay calm and look for the keys back in the woods. After 5 minutes of looking I decided to call my sisters so she could come get us. As she was on her way we say in the shade and tried to relax. I felt very tired, kind of disorientated, almost like I was drunk. He finally found his keys and my sister showed up. I
Drank the water she brought me, went home and layed down. A few days after this I was at a friends graduation party, just got done looking at a car I was hoping to buy. It was about 2 p.m. And I hadn't eaten much. I had a cup of coffee in the morning, a soft pretzel, then 2 Mountain Dews when I got to the party. I was getting shaky so I ate a small meat ball sandwich when I was there. About 5 minutes later I felt like was sugar was dropping, so I drove home. Got home, ate a peanut butter sandwich and had a tall glass of water. Then took a nap. The next day I was COMPLETELY drained, exhausted, and felt horrible. I had mono when I was younger and it felt just like that. That all happened around this time last year, ever since then I haven't really felt 100 percent again. The reason I think I have adrenal fatigue is that my diet is horrible. I use to eat nothing to processed, frozen foods. Pizza, frozen chicken, French fries. I didn't drink much water either. I also tend to stress about a lot of things, anxiety doesn't help it too much. I find myself stressing more because I've never really confirmed what is wrong with me. I brought up the masturbation because I read that masturbation releases cortisol and too much can burn out the adrenal glands. Ever since I found out what adrenal fatigue is, all of these problems I've been having are starting to make sense. I sometimes get headaches for no reason, I'm always tired in the morning. I seem to get a boost of energy after dinner, then can't really fall asleep until midnight or later. I've noticed that about 3 or 4 years ago my eyes started to get very sensitive to light, and dark. It's like a have night blindness. I went to the eye doctor and they said I had great vision. I found out that when your adrenal glands messed up, your eyes become weaker. I've gone to my family doctor and had numerous blood tests done, I don't have mono, I don't have lymes, they told my I was fine and it's basically in my head. Apparently a lot of doctors misdiagnose when it comes to adrenal fatigue. I'm not ok, I always feel run down. Like I don't have the energy to do anything. My sex drive isn't the same. And enjoying life isn't the same. It's not really like a "no point in living" but more as things don't really make me happy anymore. I have to will to get out and do things, my emotions seem out of whack. I just want to feel back to normal again. This is effecting me and people around me. I want to be happy again, and I wanna feel energetic. I guess my question is what can I do to recover my adrenal glands. I know water and vegetables are key, rest also. I just need to know if anyone knows a doctor that can help me with this in the south jersey area. Or even a doctor I can email and get help from. Anything will be much appreciated. Thank you.
