Hi amy_16! Just from the sounds of it, you may have an issue with anxiety or maybe some sort of panic attacks when faced with certain situations. Next time you see your doctor, maybe suggest something to help with anxiety. They have medications you can take on an as needed basis, as well as as medication you can take daily to help with excess anxiety. Or even try natural supplements that help with reducing anxiety. Good luck!

I don't find that unusual but I am not a professional. I remember having the same problem when I had to start speaking in front of others - just thinking about it made me shake. But eventually I got over it. But it took a long time.

My husband is shy and he is nearly 50. It just happens to be how some people are!

In my case I guess it is not normal because even when I 'think' of me being in those situations my legs start shaking.
I did a blood test and saliva, the results were normal
I just want to be shy without my legs shaking..

I hate to tell you this - but a normal response to stress is a faster heart beat etc.

Adrenalin is supposed to increase when you are under stress. What you have to do is increase your tolerance for stress over time. The vitamins are a good start, but it takes practice  and time to overcome stress in situations.

If you had an adrenal problem the response would be all the time - not just when there is stress or a situation. Have you had any blood or urine or saliva testing?
