Rapid hair loss & discomforting knee pain

I kissed a girl of unknown sexual activity and did cunnilingus 2 yrs ago & did not have any other sexual activity ever after that, but now after 2 yrs i have been having the following symptoms and really finding difficult to figure out what is the issue i have, if its because of any some other reasons or my past history. Can you please advise what should test for to figure out. I am quite scared as it started ruining my life. Can someone kindly help me out please

1. Rapid hair loss ( Losing hairs gradually, almost scalp became visible in 2-3 months )
2. Knee pain ( not a shooting pain but discomfortable continous pain all the time)
3. small painless blisters on fore arms and few on thighs as well. It looks tiny and not reddish nor purplish but the raised bumps , color of the skin
4. little bleeding from the gums while brushing
5. No other symptoms like weight loss, or swollen glands or pain in the throat or yeast infections or anything..
6. Skin is also not very clear as it used to be

Findings
------------
1. ESR levels are average - 12 ( <12 is normal )
2. Low Vitamin D levels, ferretin
3. TsH is normal
4. EBV - positive
5. HZV - positive ( had acylovir and it came under normal counts < 6 )
6. Hiv antibodies, Herpes I , Herpes II , CMV, HbV, HcV, TPHA (Syphilis), VDRL, Gonorrhea & Chlamydia (Urine test & blood)  - negative
