Anyone else used the BFST?

Hi!

I have had a torn meniscus since 2018, which I got from falling off of a ladder at work. I went through physical therapy, went to all the doctor's appointments, nothing really helped until I came across this medical device called the BFST. It's a blood flow stimulator, and it's an at-home treatment, which really appealed to me because I am STILL sick of paying for doctor's appointments that can't do anything to help.

I had the best luck with it. I started using it in 2021, and I haven't felt a twinge since. So I was lucky enough to find my solution, but I'm curious - has anyone else here used the BFST? If not, what have you tried to treat a torn meniscus or a similar injury? What worked for you and how did you come across it?
