twitches and other things

Hi
for approx 5 months I have had general twitches all over, including toes and fingers moving on their own (I am 38 male). besides that I shake a lot, previously told I have Dystonic tremor, I have had the shakes sinse my teens. The other symptoms are I feel I slur my speech and my mouth/jaw strugles to move as fast as i want it to, mornings are worst. I get tired from talking a lot (however I try to explain this part my speech is just not normal. Normally I swim 1km per day, the last two weeks this is getting very hard to complete. Fine movements are very difficult, such as using chopsticks or putting a screw on the end of a screwdriver. Also my weight over several months has dropped from over 100kg to about 86kg  , some days a little less (I was 105 over a year ago). the main weight loss has been bum and legs. I am generally very tired. 5 months back i had mri, which ruled out ms, I also had emc test and was told to stop worring and its stress. I did put it behind me for some months but its still there and in my opinion getting worse....what ever it is

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Since you are losing weight and having twitches and tremor, you probably have electrolyte imbalance, low vitamin B12 or low vitamin D or low blood sugar. These could be due to an irritable bowel disorder such as Crohn’s or IBS or due to food intolerance or because of mal-absorption syndrome or a liver problem. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
