My dad has brain anuerism on his left vertebral artery, the doctor determined thorugh an angiogram and made this recommendation:
We recommend for this patient to undergo coiling of the intradural segment of the left vertebral artery, in order to exclude the dissecting aneurysm from circulation.
Effectively they will block off the left vertebral artery and just left the right vertebral artery supply blood to the brain.. does that sound bad?
