Labrador with lump under his neck, wheezy breathing

I have a labrador dog that has a lump under his neck. It just randomly appeared after being sick, i'm guessing that still considers him sick. He is 6-7 months old and he has never received any shots. While breathing he makes a semi-loud wheezy noise, and when he swallows it looks like it bothers him every 5 swallows or so. At first i thought it was just dangling skin, but no, this is a ball type thing, not major, but it feels kind of like theres liquid inside of there. When i touch his stomach and he breathes it feels rumbly, of course by his breathing. Please help me!!!! :( thanks in advance!

p.s. his sickness started occuring on friday and this bump and wheezyness started saturday.

Hi its hard to say exactly what this is from your description but taking him to your vet would be my recommendation. A salivary mucocele, can appear under a dogs chin and is a soft roundish mass, filled with saliva. This may or may not be the problem but if it is, your vet can easily diagnose and treat it.
