Puppy Severely sick

I hope someone can help me with my puppy. She is about 9-10weeks old, lab mix, and has already had her first round of vaccinations when I first got her about 3 weeks ago. When I brought her in the first time, I told the vet that she had diarrhea and she explained to me that it could be new food, stress, etc. So, I waited about 3 days, and she still had the diarrhea, but was eating just fine. At this time we returned to the vet and she tested her for Coccidia, which came back negative, but she gave me the the antibotic and a pill to stop diarrhea.  During this course of about 4 days of taking the medicine, she was eating less and less, and begin to loose weight, but was playful still and otherwise acted like a normal puppy. We took her to the vet one last time and she said that she was severally dehyrdated, was nothing but "skin and bone", plus she still had diarrhea. So, they kept her 2 nights in effort to find out what was wrong with her. They pumped her with fluids, and plasma, tried to get her to drink gatorade, etc. The first day at the vet, the vet said she seemed to be getting better. The next day she calls and says that she may not make it much longer because she thinks she has Intussusception, and the only way that they could treat her was to do surgery, and at that she probably wouldn't make it because she is so tiny. I have her back home now, and she still won't eat, and is hardly drinking any fluids. She sleeps a 2-3 hours at a time, gets up to walk around a little bit, and lays back down. She goes to the water bowl, but doesn't drink. Oftentimes she looks dazed and confused. Right now I am force feeding her Nutra-Cal Puppy(1 tsp in the morning and 1 tsp at night.) She vomitted it the a few times, when I was feeding 2 tsp, but with 1 tsp each she seems fine. She is also taking a pill 'cause the vet thinks she may also have a bacterial infection.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I think that you should take her ASAP to a speciality/referral veterinary practice that has a veterinary internist, and surgeon on staff.  Intussusception requires surgery,  but,  in a young puppy there would be a better chance of success in the hands of a surgeon.

Also at an referral speciality clinic your puppy could be placed in intensive care and could be given nutrients and IV fluids until she is healthier and a better candidate for surgery.

Chronic diarrhea could be something serious like Parvovirus.

I really wish that I could help you, I am so sorry for you and your puppy.  What breed is she?  There could be different diseases prone to different dogs, and you might be able to get help for her from another person who specializes  in that breed.  Maybe it is a family sickness too, did her mother have the same illness that you know of?
