I think your veterinarian is correct.
Everything you have mentioned fits with the leptospirosis disease.
Leptospirosis is a spirochete disease, found worldwide that infects the kidney, and other organs. The infection passes through the other organs but persists in the kidney. It is a very dangerous and debilitating disease. It is spread in infected urine of animals, and you have said that your dog has had exposure to others. It is also a painful disease, so that could explain his crying, pain in the abdomen, and muscular pain, including the muscles in the rectum. Your dog's kidney enzymes are very elevated and your dog's urine contains pus, blood and albumin. One of the other blood work abnormalities is hypokalemia (decreased potassium) which has not been tested by your veterinarian. It is good that your dogs liver enzymes seem unaffected, because it may be a better prognosis if only one organ system is affected. Leptospirosis can infect almost any organ, including the eye. Your veterinarian seems to be treating your dog appropriately. Treatment is usually in-hospital and includes a penicillin-type antibiotic, IV fluid therapy with IV nutrients, force feeding after giving an anti-emetic (anti-nausea medicine), and a second antibiotic: doxycycline, which must be used long-term to prevent your dog from being a carrier. A pain medication is also sometimes used. I would recommend that your dog be treated in hospital if possible to insure IV nutrients and to avoid dehydration. Feeding something and having him keep it down is very important. I would feed him anything that he desires, even rare or raw meat if necessary. Vitamins and minerals are important also.
I hope all turns out all right! Please keep us informed. Thank you!

What has been tried already? (and What my local Vet is saying)
-> From the report! Its clear that Kidney is related somewhere. Liver seems to be alright. My dog became extremely weak, so doctors administered IV Glucose. After half bottle of glucose, he has started responding a bit.
-> Doctor gave him following injections on day 1 : Tetracyclin, Anti - Emitic and B-Complex
-> Next Day, the Vet gave another half bottle of Glucose and following injections: Strepto-Pencilin, Doxy-Cyclin and some sedatives.
The doctor suspects that this is a case of leptopyrosis, but I don't think he has diagnosed it well. I suspect it can be something else as the symptoms are common to many other diseases (I guess)
Please help me out - what to do? I love my dog very much and cant see him like this. He is very serious and keeps on crying all day and night long. I have contacted almost every vet in the city and everybody in my family quite concerned. Please make my doggie healthy again :(
Any kindof help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks a million
