cat has fishy like smell and bad diarorrea

My cat is only 14 weeks old and about a week ago i began to notice she wasnt her self and she began to throw up after a day or two this had stopped, but she then began to stop eating and began to have diaorrea and is now smelling quite fishy.  does anyone know what this means or know of anything that can help to cure this her sister has also stopped eating and has thrown up but doesnt have the rectal problems as her.

Peek is correct,  take these kittens to the vet.  Even if it is only parasites, kittens can become very sick and have even become anemic and required blood transfusions from GI parasites.

Other disease can be Feline Leukemia, Feline Infectious Peritonitis, FIV, Toxoplasmosis, Panleukemia, and many more.

It means that both kitties have to see a vet.  Are they up to date with shots/worming?  Around any other cats?

In any event, when a young kitten stops eating and has diarrhea, the kitty should be seen right away by a vet.

Dr. Cheng may have more insight for you, but I think the bottom line will be that you have to take them in to be seen.
