How do you get a dog out of the bed? My great dane loves to sleep with us and does not like us trying to get her or keep her out of the bed.

Does she have her own bed? If not, get her a doggie bed, preferably off the floor to imitate your bed. The transition may be hard but feed her treats in her bed and get into her bed with her a few times and she may be OK.
I hate to say it, and I'm undoubtably proving I'm a bad doggy mommy, but our dane and both dobermans sleep in bed with us. They grew up that way.
