facial tingling and head tingling

so im actually recovering from anorexia i was anorexic for 3 years, but now that im actually recovering and eating some what i get this really strange tingling feeling in my cheeks and my head..like the only way i can explain it is it feels like something crawling in my head..and when i lay down some times this feeling travels to the back of my head. some times my cheeks are swollen and thats where i feel the tingling. some times it feels like my glands are to blame? they feel like messed up of out of place. i know it really makes no sense..but if you could help? thatd be great cause its becoming really frustrating my face just feels so heavy. my weight now is 103 and im 5'4..but ive come a long way from where i used to be which was 85 lbs. any way ...any ideas of what this could be?

I lost 200 pounds and started feeling this way. It might be anxiety and i have gained it all back.wont look in the mirror and feel guilty even if i eat a vegetable. I have a hard time digesting my food. i dont eat that much but sill gain. Do you think we messed up our thyroid or metabolism?
