Do I have arthritis?

I'm 17 years old and I get pains in my legs, hips, and hands. The pains in my legs and hips usually only occur during cold weather or when its wet and rainy outside. The pain in my hands and fingers happen regularly. I also get stiffness in my fingers along with the pain and its hard for me to write or hold things. I take ibuprophen for the pain and it usually dulls it, but not completely. Just wondering if this is arthritis or early signs of it or even maybe something to do with my muscles? I really think I'm too young to have arthritis especially since I've never injured any of my joints or bones. I just really want to know what this pain is and is it normal?

Teenagers can get arthritis, I'm not medically qualified though the doctor above says you may have arthritis.  Whatever the problem is you need to see a doctor, expert medication from a doctor will help you more than self medication.

Dear Friend,
Many thanks for posting the question via my forum.
There are many types of arthritis and Juvenile arthritis is common in your age group.
We need to do few blood investigations to rule out the same as we need to rule out this condition.
Reason being, your few symptoms are matching the condition of JRA (Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis). I would suggest you to meet a Rheumatologist and do the blood tests (mainly ESR/CRP/ASO titre/RA factor/CCP).
If the blood reports prove any chances of inflammation, the we will have to start the treatment of JRA.
Only Rheumatoid arthritis and Secondary OA are known to occur in the above age group.
I hope your doubts are clear. If not, please feel free to discuss more.
Regards..
