I was wondering- did your dermotologist or family doctor first think you had PsA? Also what type of psoriasis do you have? I have mild to moderate gutate psoriasis and have terrible joint pain/stiffness.

yes i have fluid in my knee but my docs won't drain it cos it will be a route for infection.  It's calmed down now tho, it's my feet at the moment that are driving me mad, so painful, no obvious swelling but feel like they are tingling and burning inside and i can't stand it

Water on the knee is often caused by arthritis.  I am not sure what the incidence rate of this condition is with patients who have PsA.  Often after having your joint drained, the fluid will accumulate again.  I hope that your knee will not fill up again.  I am sure it is painful when it does and the procedure does not sound like fun.  How long have you had PsA?  How long did you go between the two draining procedures?
