What is this?

I've seen numerous specialists and months have passed now while my symptoms have only gotten worse. I still have no diagnosis.

I'm a 20-yr old male, eat an organic diet, was exercising when I could (bodybuilder) and have no history of any medical conditions. I haven't ever been sexually active, smoked, drank or done drugs. The only possible thing I can think of, if this isn't some rare condition or infectious disease, is I possibly overdid my healthy lifestyle. I could have too much of something.

-Extreme fatigue
-No memory
-Horrible concentration
-Horrible comprehension time
-Lower back pain, organs hurt very much (?)
-Hands, feet, spine, throat are very stiff, sometimes painful (some kind of arthritis pain?) and wooden-like as well as numb, and they get even worse when sleeping less than 8 hours. The problem is, I wake up after EXACTLY 6 hours of sleep and wake up still tired. It's as if something is forcing me up.
-Hungry but throat is so numb and stiff. I have no desire to eat or any cravings for food.

Have you seen a rheumatologist? Some of your symptoms suggest fibromyalgia, maybe rheumatoid arthritis, but it's impossible to know without proper testing. Even then, you may have all the symptoms and be what they call "sero-negative" which means you don't test positive for Rh factor. The treatment would be the same whether your bloodwork showed positive or not. Has anyone suggested Lyme disease?
