It appears that with the fall there appears to be some damage to the knee.
With the knee pain you probably have been walking awkwardly to compensate resulting in problems with your foot. The foot pain is likely to be tendon problems.
I suggest you go to your doctor for a thorough check up and referral for xrays.
In the meantime try and rest the legs as much as possible have them slightly elevated and apply either ice packs or lots of yogurt (acts like an ice pack and reduces inflammation).
Take pain relief as directed on the packet.
Best wishes
Hi,
How are you? I'm sorry to hear about your symptoms. To rule out musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis, neurological issues which usually present with pain should also be ruled out. While pain medications may help, it is important to determine the underlying issue by undergoing diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and blood tests. If the pain persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
