By the way - you may want to try re-posting this question under the gastroenterology forum - it may get more and better response than here in teh arthritis forum.

I agree you need to be seen by a doctor.  From what you describe, it could be any number of things.  I'm no doctor, but the symptoms you're describing could be an ovarian cyst (I can't tell from your profile whether you're male or female, so if I've presumed wrong, I apologize).  It could also be appendix - when appendicitis begins, it can begin with intermittent pain, and the fact that it makes it feel BETTER when you bend over, makes me lean more towards the appendix - one of the tests doctors use to check your appendix is to press on that area and then release that press - quite often with a bad appendix, when the doctor releases that pressure, the pain drastically increases.

There are also other possible causes of this pain, but the only way you'll be able to find out what it is is to go to the doctor.

Please do not delay in making an appointment - or if things get worse, don't hesitate to go to your local ER or urgent care facilitiy - especially if you start with other symptoms such as fever or vomiting.

Best of luck and please keep us posted on how you're doing.

I think you need to be seen by a doctor to determine the cause of your pain. The fact that the pain is migrating to other parts of your body is a signal that something isn't right. Listen to what your body is telling you, and make an appointment!
