RA or other?

Hi, does this sound like Rheumatoid arthritis?  I am male age 30:-

Main Symptoms occurring in last 4 month..
1. Feelings of weak / fatigued legs, however no actual loss of strength noticed - occurs generally all day.
2. Same as no 1 except in arms less common / occasionally
3. Sharp pain top and back of head, may last seconds or 1-2 hours - occurs every day
4. Excessive eye floating black dots - daily
5. Short term memory not very good
6. Pain in centre of soles feet, mainly left foot, also right but less common
7. Back pain in spine at level of bottom rib cage, pain occurs after repeated bending movement e.g. after gardening or housework, often follows with burning sensation from same area spine or whole body feeling shaky
8. spine legs and arms making lots of cracking noises

Less common symptoms in last 4 month (short time daily / every other day)

9. burning pain back of hamstrings (both legs same time) or in wrists
10. strange feelings in knees "not right", or back lower leg (sorry I cannot describe sensation)
11. tingling feelings in spine, lips, nose - these less common, maybe experience every other day
12 wake up in night and left arm pins and needles / numb (only effects left arm) - takes 5 seconds before fingers will move - occurs maybe 1-2 times per week
13. tingling feelings in fingers when using vibrating equipment e.g. power tools (guess this may just be normal)

Long term health issues....
Chronic constipation undiagnosed since age 13, eat healthy diet, fresh blood in most stools, last year constipation has become worse, some yellow mucus when wiping hours after bowel movement also small amount on stool itself

Chronic eustation tube disfunction last 4 years on and off.

Good luck with the neurologist. Let us know what you find out and how you're doing. Sharing your story here might help someone else who is seeking answers to similar health problems. I'm sorry you're having so many health problems at such a young age, but I'm glad you're being proactive and doing all you can to get well again. Hopefully the test results will enable the neurologist to give you a diagnosis and prescribe a treatment that works well for you.

Other possibilities are mixed connective tissue disease and undifferentiated connective tissue disease. My 44-yr-old male coworker has undiff. connective tissue disease, and has experienced many of the symptoms you describe, especially the leg, knee, and foot tingling and burning sensations. He has had this disease over a decade. It has waxed and waned over the years, with some long but rare pain-free periods. He is currently seeing both a neurologist and rheumatologist. I suggest you see your primary care doctor as soon as possible, inform him/her of all the symptoms you listed, and ask for a referral to a neurologist or rheumatologist. My coworker says it was his neurologist that correctly diagnosed his condition, and prescribed medications that have given him some relief.
Best of luck to you. I hope you can find a good doctor that will help you get better.

It might be a stretch but consider the following:
