Hi there!

Green tea is unlikely to be related to knee/ ankle pain. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, degenerations, neuro-muscular issues, muscle fatigue, growths/ masses etc. You may consider an initial evaluation by a primary care physician and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
