pain in the right arm and fingers

Dear Doctor,

I am very healthy and aged 30yrs Male.Just from last 2 days I am getting a mild and continuous pain in the right hand from elbow to all finger tips.It is like muscle/nerve pain. There is a little pain in the shoulder when I lifted my hand.I drank more buttermilk/laban thinking whether it was due to over heating of body but no use.The pain continues mildly which I can neither ignore nor feel emergency.

  What should I do-Plz advise?

Thanks,
Ravi

Most likely causes would be a pinched nerve in the cervical spine or a rotator cuff injury.
