sorry to hear you are having lots of pain especially to your joints. hope i'm wrong but looks like you have early signs of carpal tunnel syndrome and plantar fasciitis. try doing morning aerobics or brisk walking thrice a week to get your muscles and tendons going.
i know its not plantar faciatis i had that last year i found out my feet i have matatarsoalgia I'm not sure of the carpel tunnel syndrome i don't type except when i use my computer personal use which isn't much not sure if i should spend the money to get the labs for RH have no insurance
Call up your local hospital and ask if there's a medical social worker you can talk to. He or she can hook you up with free or reduced price treatment through state programs and/or doctors willing to donate their time.
In the meantime, you can wrap swollen and sore joints in ace bandages. The compression and warmth will help ease the swelling. Just don't wrap so tight that your fingers and toes turn blue. :)
For your feet, every morning stretch the bottom of your foot and achilles tendon by standing on a step and carefully letting your heels drop below the level of the step. Hold the stretch for 10-12 seconds, rest and repeat. There are also straps you can wear on your feet and ankles at night to keep your foot in a neutral position. Hope this helps!
