Are these continuous nightmares normal?

For the past week I've been having these crazy nightmares: 1) I was raped and a friend from school saved me; 2) I was kidnapped and the person I'm in love with saved me; 3) I was in a wreck and my best friend was the one who was ALWAYS staying in the hospital with me; 4) I don't remember having a nightmare that night, and I was at someone else's house anyways---so no dream on the fourth night.; 5) I had a good dream, and it involved everyone who saved or "saved" me from the previous dreams.; Last night, I had a nightmare  where some of my family were in a wreck, but they were okay. After last night's bad dream, I had a good dream. Is it normal to have these continous nightmares, or is it not?

it is interesting that in all your dreams you were saved.

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

It is not unusual to have vivid dreams or nightmares.  It could be that you have something that is causing you stress.  I would not worry too much about this unless it becomes very bothersome for you.  Good luck.
