I noticed some flat pink and slightly red dots following protected intercourse with a female partner about a month ago. They disappeared in about two days. I just had intercourse a few days ago with the same female and noticed that spots had returned in the same area. They are definitely not raised and there are not any sensations associated with them. The skin surrounding them does appear to be a little dry. They're are approximated 4 or 5 of them, very difficult to see without precisely examination, maybe a millimeter across. They also seem to disappear when the skin the stretched around them. A few have already disappeared within 24 hours of being noticed. Truth is I probably would have never seen them if it wasn't for the fact I'd remembered seeing them a month a go. All but one are on my scrotum just below my shaft, and the other is on my shaft near the base on the underside of my penis. Naturally, herpes is the concern despite not being able to find any pictures of herpes similar to my symptoms. I keep reading about atypical herpes cases which is the only reason I'm posing the question. Any idea what might be he cause? No sores, seem to suddenly disappear, no sensation.
