Hi and thanks for using the forum.
What you have described could be an ingrown hair since you have a history of shaving that area. I would suggest trying some warm soaks to the area to see if you can soothe it and let it drain. I would stop using antibacterial soap on it since that area is so sensitive and you could actually cause more problems (like a yeast infection). If this does not work, then it would be time to see you GYN. Good Luck.

I had the same things. It is a boil...Mine hurt bad as i dont know what so i had to go to the doctor to get mine drained. If it dont go down or bust on it's own make sure you go because it can get infected..
i had the exact same thing a few months ago. i ended up popping mine and drained it. the doctor told me it was a staph infection. has anyone used your razor besides you in the past? or maybe your soap, towel, wash rag, etc? thats what happened to me. u need to pop it no matter how bad its gonna hurt. it is infection that is in your pores. also try and get a antibiotic from your doctor to make it heal faster. hot compresses on it will soften it up to where you will be able to squeeze the pus out.
