I have had upper back pain for maybe a week or two it's my upper middle back anyone have any idea would it may be?

Back pain can be a very vague symptom. It really can be caused by a number of things including a back problem, gallbladder problem, or even a kidney problem among many others. Since it has persisted for a week or two, you should have this checked out by your regular doctor. Good luck.
