worried about dark blood

About 2weeks ago i saw my period.A lil lighter than it usually is i might add bt it did its usual time of 5 days.my bf&i av sex pretty regular, without a condom bt he always pulls out before. For a few days now i started seein a light brown discharge i've never seen before. It dosen't bad but has a sexual odour,if you get my meaning.Starting yesterday i began seeing a dark brown-red(brown being the primary colour) blood.Today its a bit more. When i showered some clots were discovered.I am NOT on any B.C. & I avn't done a pregnancy test.I am worried&have no idea whats going on.HELP! :(

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

It is not uncommon to have an "off" period here and there.  So this possibly could just be an off cycle for you.  However, whenever you have unprotected sex, there is always a possibility for pregnancy to occur ("pulling out" is NOT a reliable method of birth control).  What you have described could possibly be implantation bleeding.  It is a little early to do a home pregnancy test (in general you can test once you miss your period- some tests claim to be reliable a few days before your missed period).  So, you probably need to wait it out for a little while.  Also, if you and your boyfriend are not looking to have a baby, then you should consider another more reliable form of birth control- such as the pill or condoms.  Good Luck.
