That's sounds normal.  X-ray before MRI.  For some reason that only makes sense to the insurance companies.  Good luck!!!  Let us know how ya make out.

I had X-ray and nothing is broken, But from my understand that X-ray can't show herinated disc or any other problems that have to do with the spine. That why I ask for an MRI the first time and the doctor sent for any X-ray, I hated Medicaid cause you got wait for everything. Thanks for the advice.

Thank for the advice. I will not let my daugther walk on my back anymore. I ask my doctor to sent me back for any MRI.

like i tell every body, exray or for broken thing. If you want to really know what is going on make them give you a Cat Scan or a MRI.

Hi there!I really feel bad for your condition. But believe me even a mild arthritis can cause a lot of pain in your back. But the mumbness and pain in the leg is related to some neuro problem, I guess. Why don't you take a second opinion? Does your pain increase at rest? Please don't make your daughter walk on your back again for god's sake. It will only hurt you more. Take care.
