Help With Pain

I need to know what is wrong with me.  I have pain on my left side.  It hurts on the left side of my neck, across my top part of my back, in my right shoulder, in the middle of my back, lower part of my back, back side of my left hip all the way down my leg, and I have numbness like sleepy feeling in both of my feet (not all of the time).  If you know what is causing this please let me know.

Is it possible nerve damage can occur to nerves in facet joint area after spinal surgery to repair herniated discs?

Hello.  I was wondering if you can help me.  I don't sleep at night, but about 3 hours at the most.  I have a lot of pain on my left side.  I don't feel like doing anything.  Here lately my left side shoulder has started twitching (it doesn't hurt).  I thought a lot of my symptoms sounded like Fibromyalgia.  But I just don't know.  At this point I cannot work because of the pain and the lack of sleep.

this sounds postural. are you overweight? hunched in front of  computer alot? do you exercise? have you had your posture checked by a PT? most likely the problem is with the balance of your pelvis.
