tired of pain only 36 years old

I had a bad fall from my attic almost two years ago now,as a result i cannot walk properly due to a damaged cuboid in my right foot, i am getting ultrasound guided injections into the joints of my foot next week, for pain if this fails my doctor advised me i will have to have my cuboid joint fused. At the moment i am experiencing pain in my spinal bone of my back and am wondering could this be caused due to my foot injury or should i see a chiropractor

I didnt mention it as this is a relatively new complaint ,wearing wedge footwear as they help reduce the pain in my foot I am thinking this could be putting additional strain on my back....

Have you mentioned it to your dr?  I know what you mean, tired of pain.  I had my 1st back surgery at 37.  That was a huge mistake!
