The jaw pain would be a higher level, but the shoulder/arm pain could be a radiculopathy resulting from a pinched root nerve.
Cardiac problems do not always present with angina, and dangerous angina is a powerful pain felt on the entire left side of the thorax, and quite distinct from muscle pain or the pain of radiculopathy.
While you are quite young to experience cardiac problems there are risk factors associated that may cause early heart disease: tobacco or cocaine use, stress, history in the family, obesity, Type A personality, and more. If you have any doubts, please seek medical advice.
