Pain in left lower back, hip, butt, and groin. What could be causing this?

I'm 21 years old and did not start having pain until 3 months ago. It has progressively gotten worse and gotten to the point where I have trouble sleeping at night because of the pain. The pain is almost like a throb and I feel like my muscles around the area are tighter than in my other leg. My hip and back also seem to pop often and with the smallest movements. A few times I have taken a step just the right way and gotten a sharp pain deep in my hip.

I went to Urgent Care to see if they could point me in the right direction. They x-rayed my pelvis and the radiologist didn't see anything abnormal with my joint or pelvis.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
