What treatment would you recommend for a C3 problem with severe neuralga and neuropathy to Bil hands with multiple numb fingers?

if you have numbness, get an emg test to find the source...see a couple of neurosurgeons for treatment...

There is always hope but it is very difficult for me to say what is best treatment for you. It's going to depend on how severe the injury was and how much damage there is to the spinal cord and the surrounding nerves.
