Cervical spine problem
I have neck pain, upper back pain, (C1 on spine according to doctor) from last 6 years. I had done multiple treatment but nothing works for me
Have you ever tried Pilates, yoga or acupuncture? What about a CBD ointment? None of these things are the first thing an MD would suggest, but people do say that especially yoga and acupuncture have really helped them with back and neck issues.
