Excruciating?
What is that Jolt of pain or what is it that makes you pretty much go to your knees if your standing, while sitting its just a huge jolt of pain (thank god your sitting).. It happens in my lower back. and pretty much takes my breath away. its a 10/10 pain.
It happend once when i coughed and once while stepping up a curb on my way to physical therapy.
It happens with any strain on my lower back. Recently hurt it lifting something no more than 10 pounds.
Answers are HIGHLY appreciated. Talked to a few doctors already and my physical therapist. Im just afraid to train my back because of the fear of this type of jolt of pain coming again. it debilitates me.
