Hi!
Yes, some pinched nerves can cause chest pains as well. Usually this pain is constant. Heart attack pain usually comes in spasms and there is usually a no pain zone in between. However, often it is difficult o differentiate. If you are in so much pain, it is advisable to get a complete health check up and consult a pain clinic or an ortho specialist. Some physiotherapy, and swimming may also help you in pain relief along with pain medications. However, please get a 12 lead ECG to rule out heart problem. Take care!
