Faking pain?

I was told that my xray is normal and that there is nothing wrong with my neck; however, the physician finds it medically necessary to administer nerve block injections to my cervical spine.  Is this a normal Xray?

And surgeons push surgery. When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Failed back syndrome is the condition caused by failed spine surgeries and a leading cause of pain.

No help from medial branch neurotomy (MBN)? I would imagine by now you have severe facet disease, which is very painful. MBN with RF ablation technique is minimally invasive.

There's a lot of missing info about your neck. You may need more specific imaging like an an MRI to see what's wrong with your cervical spine. Pain management docs push nerve blocks, using steroid to reduce inflammation and reduce pain. Research also shows that the steroids can hinder healing.  It is strange to jump to that when he/she said it's normal. Physical therapy is far less intrusive, as well as other therapies.
I've tried almost EVERY therapy, treatment, medication, etc., and will be getting my second cervical spinal fusion/ discectomy in five years ( more than 10 years with cervical spine pain).

I hope this is helpful!
