: minimal spurring superior acetabulum compatible with minimal degenerative changes
a very small superolateral spur is seen of the acetabulum . proximal femur appears unremarkable .joint spaces maintained

my x-ray shows moderate decreased joint space , supurring is emanating from the superlateral acetabulum. what would be the treatmenat for this.
