enlarged lymph nodes cervical spine, neckline

In assessing or diagnosing cause of elnlagement of nodes, which is better CT vs US vs MRI,  I have had a CT which was neg. NO SX and can only feel node with certain positioning of my neck.  Hyperextension on head.  It should be noted I do have a Stent on the same side as node.  (2nd to TOS)  Node is enlongaded going to right, palp, and has enlarged.
Thanks flora300

I would think that a CT scan is your best bet for finding enlarged lymph nodes.  Could the stent possibly be causing some kind of irritation/infection in that area?  Also, sorry for asking so many questions, but what kind of doctor diagnosed your TOS.  Reason being I have all the symptoms of TOS following a whiplash injury but can't seem to get the diagnosis/correct treatment from a doctor.  Thanks for your help.

I do not know the specific type of stent, usually once the compression of the vessel is releaved with removal  of the 1st rib the vessel will allow better blood flow.  In my case it did not resulting in the need for stent.

I'm just wondering what kind of stent you have in relation to TOS?
