need some help

Hi all.. so ive had really bad back and neck pain ( its not just one spasific spot.. its from the top of my neck to the lowest part of my back) i have had this for 10 years now. This has happened before but i remember when i went horse riding once, the night straight after i had been in such pain to where if i move it felt like i was dying. It took me 6 muscle relaxents to calm down. I constantly need to click my neck and back but straight after i do i get this horrible nausea. I always feel uncomfortable and unhappy.

Have you ever had any tests done on your back? X rays, an MRI? If not, I would recommend having that done.
I wish I could tell you what's going on but only a Dr and testing can do that.
A chiropractor might be able to really help you.
