i am really scared!! please help me somebady!!

hi i am 16 years old, and 2 days ago my back really started to hurt it would start to pond and it would feel like someone was stabbing me alot, but than yesterday and today my stomache started hurting too, it would sting, but then i notice that my left side of my stomache was hurting alot i started crying the pain was sooooo intence... i feel really tired yesterday i went to bed at 7:00, and woke up at 8:00, when i usally would go to bed at 930ish... i am vomiting at some points.... now this part is really embarassing but sometimes when i go to the bathroom ** pee ** it's really dark and yesterday night i went to the bathroom and it was dark and somewhat bloody, i just got over my period 3 to 4 days ago... i am really scared!!! my parents did call my doctor they told my dad over the phone that i probably just pulled something in my back... but what about my stomache hurting ** it hurts more on my lower left side of my stomache ** vomiting sometimes, and when i go to the bathroom...?? i think this might be a little more intence than my parents think it is.... i am going to go to the doctor tomorrow... the pain get really bad at some points that i start crying, i am going to try my hardest to ecplain this to the doctor tomorrow, but i dont think an antibioctic is going to help this... i have a really strong feeling that i have to go to the E.R. but if my regular doctor doesnt think it is necessary then they wont have me go... but i am going to try to hint to them that i think it is necessary because this pain is really unbearable it really is....!!! what could this be...??

GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM! NOW IF YOU ALREADY HAVEN'T.

If your pee is brown or dark, and you are sleeping a lot and have abdominal pain, you may have hepatitis.  Get to the doctor asap.  Are your eyes yellow instead of white?  The vomiting, the pee, everything sounds like hepatitis.

Go to the Emergency Room! If your doctor is saying your just fine, and your symptoms keep persisting in the pain that you're in, don't let them just push it aside. You know what you're feeling and what kind of pain you are in.  However if he diagnosis you and you feel it will help then take his advise.
If you do go to the ER you can always ask for an MRI for your back. Xrays really won't show much. The last post about a kidney infection, or uti might be right but don't rule anything out.  Back pain is nothing to just brush away, I know what it feels like to be in a lot of pain with the back, I've been in pain for almost a year and a half now but that was due to a car accident.
I hope you get the help you need. And stand up for your self when it comes to your health, only you know whats going on with your body, and what does and doesn't feel right.
