ive tried everything

hi im 25 , and for the past couple of years having been dealing with severe muscle spasms-mostly in my butt. glute max,med and min- so bad that it pinches the ciatic nerve and incapasitates me. no one knows why it happens and it is ruining my life, i cant work , or do normal activities on a regular basis. i have tried everything- gone through an or1 program through wcb(physio) accupunture-massage-chiropractor-had x rays- ct - multiple blood tests and on paper looks fine. i changed my diet and take - calcium, magnesium, glutimene, vit, c,d, glucosemene, fish oil, oil of oregono, electrolytes for the past few months and still nothing. ive been strething day and night and doing yoga. but when i walk to much, or to many stairs at work my muscles spasm like a rock and doesnt release to the point that i cant strecth for a while and moving around on my back is severe pain. in the mornings i feel like crying on a bad day just to roll over and get out of bed. my muscles sometimes twitch and i feel a burning sensation going up and down my legs when i try and relax after doing a bit to much. and to much could be walking around cosco. my legs and back get super tight with to much stress on them to , but its the butt that poses the most damage, when its really bad i cant even lay on my back in bed and it feels like my muscle pushes my bones/joints out of there socket . feels like whatever it is affects my nerves in the area making my lower back, hip and butt extremely pain ful

i am looking for some kind of answer and open to any tests, maybe in alternative medicine? i would do anything to be normal again.

Have you had an EMG and nerve conduction tests done? as you could have underlying neuropathy or myopathy which are sometimes hard to diagnose and missed or ignored by 'busy' doctors, especially with the too hard basket category patients like me and possibly you :-)). Also try a rheumatologist who is willing to do extensive blood protein tests and look for genetic markers etc. Some pathologies need more than 'regular' blood tests or ct scans etc.
Twitching muscles are known as 'fibrillations' and along with 'burning' sensations I would definatley  restate that you get an EMG. Best of luck to you.
